I am amazed when my friend Paige of Gilded Lily Events takes something as dreary as a stormy sea, and makes it into a interesting thread that carries through each and end every detail. Although, this day was anything but a stormy. It was filled with sun-drenched light, a lot of laughing, a bulldog names Rosalita (yes, like the Bruce song), and a blue grass band that had the entire guest list dancing down the street to enter the reception down the road. From ringing the old church bell to the southern tradition of burying the bourbon, this was an absolute joy to photograph.
